3. Service Plans and Payment

Service plans are billed monthly at the rates published on our Pricing page or as agreed in a written service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe.

Plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. Additional hours beyond your plan's allocation are billed at $75 per hour.

We take the confidentiality of your business information seriously. Any information shared with us in the course of providing services will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your prior consent.
