1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MG IT Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

MG IT Solutions provides virtual IT support, consultation, and related technology services for small businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Remote technical support and troubleshooting
• IT consultation and strategy planning
• Network setup and configuration
• Software installation and support
• Cybersecurity assessment and recommendations
• Proactive IT monitoring and maintenance

Services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Service Plans and Payment

Service plans are billed monthly at the rates published on our Pricing page or as agreed in a written service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe.

Plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. Additional hours beyond your plan's allocation are billed at $75 per hour.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services
• Grant appropriate access to systems and devices as needed for remote support
• Maintain current backups of your data (we are not responsible for data loss)
• Notify us promptly of any security concerns or unauthorized access to your systems
• Use our services for lawful purposes only

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MG IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or business interruption
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Damage to third-party software or systems
• Issues arising from third-party hardware or software

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide the highest quality support, we do not guarantee that our services will resolve every technical issue or that outcomes will meet specific expectations.

7. Confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of your business information seriously. Any information shared with us in the course of providing services will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your prior consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MG IT Solutions and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Transmit any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
